My Chemical Romance was formed in 1996, and the band still is going strong today. The sound of their music held up quite well throughout the years, until recently when, Chemical Romance broke up. Within months of breaking up, the band came back into the studio to play at the legendary Shrine Expo in Los Angeles CA. This was followed by a string of tours with Aversions, Bayside, and Weezer.
So, what went down and why did they break up? Well, everything was pretty much predictable. I could already feel the bad taste left of fans of My Chemical Romance by the time they went on their "Bayside Tour" of arenas across the United States. No one was really listening to their songs anymore, because they were so popular at that point. And, they were no longer the crowd-pleasers they used to be, because they were constantly breaking up fights at shows or attacking anyone who looked remotely attractive in the audience.
So, why did they make a sudden U-turn and completely ruin everything they were once known for? Well, it seems like it was because they wanted to focus more on their music instead of catering to their fans, which they have a solid fan base in place. Instead of listening to My Chemical Romance songs and giving out special My Chemical Romance concert tickets, they would rather focus on making new music instead. That does not mean they do not like their fans or are supportive of them, it just means that they want to be a band that can keep up with the times and not depend on previous hits to sell tickets. So, if you want to see a great show and experience some sweet revenge, My Chemical Romance tickets are your best bet.
